Your PaddlefitPRO Certified Coach will take you through a challenging & rewarding 

SUP Fitness class both on water & land.

The following components will be a part of every PaddleFIT Training Session:

Strength Training & Functional Fitness

Endurance Paddle

Cool Down

"Basic Paddle Lesson" is recommended for new paddlers
